Tara Stahl, RN, brings over 20 years of home care experience to her role as President of Acara Home Medical Associates. Tara's career has been defined by her commitment to improving patient care. Her extensive background provides the foundation for her leadership, ensuring that Acara's services remain at the forefront of quality and innovation in home healthcare. 


Dr. Don Bosse

 Dr. Don Bosse is an esteemed internist with over four decades of experience, having practiced internal medicine since 1983. A native of Bellville, TX, Dr. Bosse's commitment to his community is as deep as his dedication to his profession. 

He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where his journey into the world of medicine began. His passion for patient care was further honed during his residency at the University of Oklahoma, equipping him with the skills and empathy that define his practice today.

Throughout his extensive career, Dr. Bosse has remained at the forefront of internal medicine, always prioritizing patient care. His approach blends clinical expertise with a genuine concern for his patients' well-being, making him a trusted physician in the Bellville area. Recently, he was once again named to the selective list of Texas SuperDocs.

When not attending to his patients, Dr. Bosse enjoys the quieter moments of life. He finds joy in spending time with his family at the lake, where he can relax and reflect. His love for travel with his wife allows him to explore new horizons and cultures, enriching his life and perspective. 


Jackie Burnette, APRN-BC, ACHPM

Nurse Practitioner

 

Jackie Burnette is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a deep specialization in geriatrics and palliative care. She holds an MS in Family Nursing from Texas Tech University, bringing a robust academic foundation to her practice. Her dedication to healthcare is matched by her commitment to her patients, providing them with comfort, dignity, and personalized care during some of life's most challenging moments.

With significant experience, Jackie has taken on leadership roles in palliative care within major health systems, including CHI St. Joseph's and most recently Memorial Hermann. Her leadership has helped shape policies and practices that enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Beyond her professional life, Jackie is fervently passionate about family, cherishing every moment spent with loved ones. Her adventurous spirit leads her to explore new cultures and landscapes through travel, turning each journey into an enriching experience.

At the core of her being, Jackie's faith plays a pivotal role which influences her approach to life and nursing, emphasizing compassion, love, and service.

Heidi Dixon, M.ED, LPC-Associate

Counselor

 Meet Heidi Dixon, M.Ed, LPC-A under the supervision of Cameron House, a compassionate therapist with over 16 years of experience in hospitals and hospices. She is not only a wife and boy mom but also serves as a chaplain, grief group facilitator, author, and therapist. Heidi offers counseling in the comfort of your own home, believing that discussing thoughts, feelings, grief, hopes, fears, and coping strategies for what cannot be changed is profoundly healing. Her personal touch in one-on-one conversations, her dedication to being with people through their hardest days, and her commitment to being a beacon of hope in any circumstance make her an invaluable ally. Whether you're dealing with loss or looking to navigate life's challenges, Heidi's approach ensures that every session is a step towards healing, understanding, and peace. 

STephanie Stapp, RN, BSN

Nurse Navigator

 

Stephanie Stapp is a dedicated Registered Nurse who graduated from the esteemed School of Nursing at Texas University. With a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, Stephanie has significantly contributed to the community's healthcare landscape at Traditions Home Health and Hospice in College Station. 

Her commitment to serving others extends beyond her professional life; Stephanie has personally served as a caregiver to her family members, which has further fueled her drive to make a difference in healthcare. This personal experience has shaped her approach to nursing, emphasizing empathy, advocacy, and personalized care.

Stephanie thrives on helping people, advocating for their health needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible care. She is now looking to expand her impact by taking on the role of a Nurse Navigator with Acara Home Medical Associates, where she aims to guide patients through the complexities of healthcare systems, ensuring their needs are comprehensively met.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie enjoys an active lifestyle, indulging in sports, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family. Her love for community service, combined with her professional expertise, makes her an invaluable asset to both her patients and the broader healthcare community.
